Having spent the past few years designing, developing and delivering dream homes for others in Karaka, Kieran & Linda decided to start their own project. The Winllan Cottage, (meaning ‘Vineyard’ in Welsh as a homage to Kieran’s heritage) has been an opportunity to show modern flair whilst respecting classic style.
Standing at 65m2 Linda & Kieran have made this space feel twice that size through incorporating previous works indoor outdoor elements and opening up shared spaces to create more natural flow. An opportunity to show that both big or small, the team at Linmar can create your own Wonderland.
